COFFEE GROUNDS SLUG AND SNAIL DETERRENT PELLETS

Our innovative Slug & Snail deterrent pellets are formulated from all natural materials and feature plant extracts derived from the allium family and our upcycled coffee grounds. This product is entirely new to market.

These pellets are specifically designed to deter gastropods, such as slugs and snails, while ensuring the safety of wildlife, pets and plants. 

The test results, confirmed by CaplinTec, showed that the pellets were an effective solution for repelling slugs and snails in both garden and rural settings. The pellets demonstrated substantial efficacy in reducing gastropod activity, were proven safe for wildlife and the environment, and received positive feedback from users for their ease of application and humane approach.

Their effectiveness persisted for up to three months under dry conditions, but was reduced in heavy rainfall due to the leaching of active ingredients. It is advised to reapply in wet conditions when gastropod activity is high. 

The pellets will break down naturally over time, minimizing any long-term environmental impact and the upcycled coffee grounds will also enrich the soil.

Recommendations:
1. Application Tips: For optimal results, distribute the pellets in areas with high slug and snail activity and minimize the availability of alternative food sources. Make sure your plant is surrounded by the pellets.
2. Refill Frequency: Reapplication may be necessary, particularly after heavy rainfall or in areas with high gastropod activity.
3. Complementary Measures: For enhanced control, consider combining the pellets with other deterrent strategies such as physical barriers (crushed egg shells), removal of food sources and/or sacrificial plants. 

Storage: Keep in a dry area.
