Crafted from Jesmonite and upcycled coffee grounds to give it a unique appearance.

The upcycled coffee grounds for this specific project were donated by the folk at The Great Taste Awards 2024. After judging all their coffee entries- both the unwanted beans and grounds were collected by GFG and put to 'GOOD'.

Jesmonite is water based and contains a natural mineral called gypsum. It contains no nasty solvents and no VOCs. It sets at room temperature and so we use no energy to make this product. It is said to last for decades and as such the Carbon within the waste coffee grounds remains 'captured' - making this even more eco-friendly as a material.

Handmade at GFG HQ. As such, there will be slight variations between individual items. We suggest using a coat of natural wax (such as beeswax) every 6 months- to keep it looking as good as new! It will arrive already sealed and coated with wax. 

As with all our other non -alcohol products, a proportion of profits from every sale will go to support our homelessness charity.
