Our Aperoffi aperitif blends sunshine and bitter sweet citrus with café culture. Appropriately distilled with our upcycled coffee grounds. It’s designed to be poured and enjoyed at leisure.

We use premium 100% wheat based spirit that has been lovingly distilled five times in Wales.

11% ABV.

We donate £1 to our national homelessness charity Llamau for every bottle sold.

Tasting notes

A delicious, refreshing blend of sweet and bitter orange; rhubarb; gentian; rosemary; and other aromatics. Uniquely blended with our signature upcycled coffee grounds. Summer in a glass. 

Cocktail tips: Try it in a refreshing GFG Spritz:

  • 3 parts prosecco (but why not substitute with a dry sparkling Welsh wine)  
  • 2 parts Aperoffi
  • 1 part club soda /or sparkling water (again why not make it Welsh!)
  • Mix well and pour in your favourite glass over ice
  • Garnish with a fresh segment of orange 

Mix with our GFG Gin for a less bitter Negroni.
